Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our ERP and CRM solutions, and scheduling the meeting or demos with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to ask right questions to understand the pain of the customer, and propose the best solution from our product portfolio. He should also qualify the budget of the customer as per his need to avoid the unwanted demos.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Data Searching
  • Gather requirements, fill lead info accurately
  • Tele-call to explain CRM/ERP
  • Do on-call primary consulting & pitch the best product
  • Client Budget Qualification
  • Schedule Clients Meetings with a sales consultant
  • Daily follow-up via call/WhatsApp
  • Send reminders for demos/meetings until it completed
